How to Place an Order

1. Cart

Click “ADD TO CART”, review your selection, and proceed to checkout.

2. Personal Information & Automatic Account Creation

Enter your personal details and shipping address.
Your VOET account will be automatically created when you complete your first purchase.
You will receive an email to set your password.

3. Shipping

Enter the address where you want your perfume delivered.

4. Review

Confirm all order details before continuing.

5. Payment

VOET uses MercadoPago (Colombia) exclusively, accepting:

• Credit cards: Amex, Visa, Mastercard

• PSE

• MercadoPago balance

You will receive an order confirmation and a shipping email with tracking details.

VOET Gift Cards

Digital Gift Card

The perfect gift for any occasion.
Select the amount and complete your purchase.
The digital card will be emailed automatically once payment is processed.
Redeemable online only.

VOET does not offer a physical gift card at this time.

VOET Account

Your account is automatically created upon your first purchase.
It allows you to:

We will assign the carrier that services your delivery address.
Orders are processed on business days only.

✔ Applies locally and internationally (where coverage is available).

Customs Information (International Orders)

International packages may face customs inspections, causing delays up to 30 additional days.
If your tracking does not update after customs clearance, contact us for assistance.

Shipping Insurance

All shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage until delivered.
If the package arrives damaged, we recommend refusing it or noting the condition upon receipt.
