SHIPPING POLICY
VOET ships products purchased through its direct sales channels and via www.voetfragrances.com.
Currently, all VOET shipments are free of charge, regardless of the number of units purchased.
1. Shipping Method
VOET offers standard free shipping for all orders.

Shipping covers all areas within Colombia where our partner carriers operate.

Average delivery times:

3 to 5 business days for major cities

Up to 8 business days for other locations

Business days are Monday to Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted in delivery times.
Any special services (such as same-day or priority delivery) that may be offered in the future will be clearly indicated during checkout.
2. Carrier and Tracking Number
VOET will ship orders through a courier company that has coverage at the delivery address provided by the customer.
Once the order has been dispatched:

The customer will receive an email with the order status.

A tracking number will be provided so the shipment can be followed directly with the carrier.
Delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping company. VOET cannot guarantee an exact delivery time or specific time slots.
3. Dispatch Conditions
VOET will deliver products to the address indicated by the customer at checkout.

No shipment will be made until full payment has been confirmed through the enabled payment gateway (MercadoPago).

The package may be received by any adult present at the delivery address, whose signature on the waybill will serve as proof of delivery.
4. Customer Responsibility for Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for any consequences arising from:

Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

Absence of the recipient at the time of delivery

Restricted access to the address (gated communities, buildings, etc.) without proper authorization
These consequences may include:

Failed delivery

Return of the package to VOET

5. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If the package shows visible signs of damage, opening or tampering at the time of delivery, the customer should:

Note this on the carrier’s waybill before signing.

If possible, take photos of the package and the label.

We also recommend recording a video of the unboxing when opening the package, to help verify that the contents have not been altered and to support any claim or warranty process.

Any customs duties, taxes or fees that may arise in the destination country are regulated by local authorities and are beyond VOET’s control.
